Kentucky General Assembly

The Kentucky Senate is comprised of 38 members elected every four years.  The elections are staggered, with those representing odd-numbered districts up for election this year.  Senators representing even-numbered districts will be up for election in 2010,

The Kentucky House of Representatives is comprised of 100 members elected every two years.  The entire House is up for election this year.

Kentucky Court of Justice

The Kentucky Court of Justice is comprised of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, the Court of Appeals and circuit and districts courts. Kentucky justices and judges are elected and are nonpartisan.
